Criss Cross Nachos

Ingredients

Wild’n’Free mincemeat, nacho chips, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, pickled beans, pickled corn, pickled jalapeños, tomato sauce, pickled olives, grated cheese.

How to cook

  1. fry mincemeat in a pan with onions and garlic until tender, then season with salt and pepper
  2. line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the chips over
  3. layer the meat, beans, corn, tomato sauce, jalapeño slices, and olives on top of the chips in a criss-cross pattern
  4. generously sprinkle grated cheese over the top
  5. bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly

Best paired with a neutral dry red wine or lager beer.
