Wild’n’Free mincemeat, nacho chips, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, pickled beans, pickled corn, pickled jalapeños, tomato sauce, pickled olives, grated cheese.
How to cook
- fry mincemeat in a pan with onions and garlic until tender, then season with salt and pepper
- line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the chips over
- layer the meat, beans, corn, tomato sauce, jalapeño slices, and olives on top of the chips in a criss-cross pattern
- generously sprinkle grated cheese over the top
- bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly
Best paired with a neutral dry red wine or lager beer.
