Spicy Venison Kebab

Ingredients

Wild’n’Free kebab skewers with paprika, olive oil, thyme or rosemary, red onion, tomato, fresh cilantro, lemon, fresh paprika, lavash or tortilla bread for wraps, hot sauce, natural yogurt.

How to cook

  1. season venison kebab with thyme or rosemary
  2. fry in hot olive oil for 2-5 minutes
  3. heat tortillas in a pan for a few seconds till soft
  4. remove the cooked kebabs from skewers and place on the tortilla, add chopped tomatoes, sliced red onions, fresh cilantro, fresh bell pepper, squeeze lemon juice on top, and add natural yogurt. Serve with a spicy sauce.

Serve with a full-bodied dry red wine of your choice. Consider beer if throwing a BBQ party.
