Latvian Venison Tandoori

Ingredients

Wild’n’Free venison shish kebab (500 g), Tandoori spice mix (20 g), natural yogurt (200 g), rice.

How to cook

  1. Marinate Wild’n’Free venison kebab in a Tandoori spice and yogurt mixture for 30 minutes
  2. Place in a covered dish and bake in oven at 225°C (435°F) for 20-30 minutes
  3. Cook rice for your side dish

Serve with boiled rice. Best paired with a neutral dry red wine or lager beer.
