Ingredients
Venison heart, fresh or canned tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, fresh chili, teriyaki sauce, fresh bell pepper, coconut milk, olive oil, rice, fresh salad.
How to cook
- slice the heart into small pieces and flatten them
- fry onions, garlic in a pan, add the heart pieces, teriyaki sauce and cook covered at a medium heat for 15 minutes
- add grated canned tomatoes or finely chopped fresh tomatoes, fresh chili, grated ginger, coconut milk, then cook covered for 10 minutes
- add fresh bell pepper, fry for another 3-5 minutes
- meanwhile cook rice
Serve with rice. Best paired with a neutral dry red wine or lager beer.
