Lil’ Meatball Cuties

Ingredients

Wild’n’Free mincemeat, fresh cilantro, tomato sauce, cumin, salt, pepper, rice or potatoes as a side dish.

How to cook

  1. add cumin, salt and pepper to mincemeat upon your taste preference
  2. form small meatballs
  3. fry the meatballs in a pan
  4. mix tomato sauce with fresh cilantro
  5. arrange the fried meatballs in a baking dish, pour over the tomato sauce and cilantro mixture, then cover with a lid
  6. bake in the oven or on the stove at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes
  7. meanwhile cook rice or potatoes for your side dish

Serve with boiled rice or potatoes. Best paired with a neutral dry red wine or lager beer.
