Venison Chili con Carne

Ingredients

Wild’n’Free mincemeat, pickled chili beans, pickled corn, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, fresh chili pepper, tomato sauce, olive oil, rice.

How to cook

  1. fry onions and garlic in a hot pan
  2. add mincemeat, stir and cook
  3. add fresh chili pepper, beans, corn, salt, and peppers
  4. meanwhile cook rice

Serve with rice. Best paired with a neutral dry red wine or lager beer.
